Man accused of child rape

The Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man on child rape charges.

Joshua Perry, 35, was arraigned Thursday in Rensselaer County Court on felony charges of first-degree rape and first-degree sexual abuse, according to the court clerk’s office.  

Perry is accused of raping someone under the age of 11.

He remains in Rensselaer County Jail.
