Man charged in 2019 Albany SEFCU robbery

A man has been arrested for allegedly robbing a SEFCU bank on South Pearl Street in Albany in 2019.
Leon Samuel, 55, handed a note to the bank teller demanding cash and then ran off with the money, Albany Police said.
He now faces one charge of robbery, and is being held in the Albany County Jail.
