Man killed after crashing into Duanesburg restaurant

A man was killed in a Duanesburg crash on Sunday evening.

It happened around 11:30 at 5055 Western Turnpike, which is The Landing on 20 restaurant.

A driver possibly had a medical emergency while pulling into the Stewart’s across the street, the sheriff said.

The truck rolled across Western Turnpike, eventually crashing into the restaurant.
The driver died at Ellis Hospital.
