A man has been working to make a difference in his free time by picking up litter on Albany streets.

Kristopher Leland posted about his plan to collect litter on Reddit.

Many people have joined in over the past month.

In fact, Leland and 15 others recently cleaned an area together.

Leland mostly focuses on downtown Albany, around New Scotland Avenue.

Now he’s encouraging people to make a difference in their neighborhoods.

He says he plans to continue as long as the weather holds up.
