Man pleads guilty to vehicular homicide in deadly Albany DWI

A man accused of hitting a woman with his car and fleeing the scene has pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide.
Nsikak Okure, 34, of Altamont also pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an incident without reporting, the Albany County District Attorney said.
Okure faced an 11-count indictment that accused him of driving while intoxicated, hitting Tanisha Brathwaite on Clinton Avenue in Albany.
Okure will be sentenced in April.
