Man sentenced for hitting, killing Albany pedestrian while drunk

The man accused of hitting and killing a pedestrian while driving drunk has learned his fate.
Jose Guevara-Bonilla was sentenced in Albany County Court Tuesday to five to 15 years in state prison.
Guevara-Bonilla was speeding on Third Avenue near the intersection of Elizabeth Street in Albany back in October, when he hit and killed Larry Cunningham, 62.
Guevara-Bonilla had a blood alcohol level more than twice the legal limit.
