Police searching for missing man in Saratoga Springs

Saratoga Springs Police are asking the public for help finding David M. Bulka.

According to police, Bulka was last seen on March 26 in the area of the Code Blue shelter located at 4 Adelphi St. Police say he is considered a vulnerable adult due to medical reasons.

David is 5’05”, 150lb.
