Driveway shooting trial adjourned until Tuesday due to illness.
FORT EDWARD – There has been an unexpected development on Sunday related to the Washington County murder trial of Kevin Monahan.
The driveway shooting trial has been adjourned until Tuesday.
Closing arguments were supposed to take place tomorrow morning, and then the jury of 8 men and 4 women was to begin deliberating the fate of Kevin Monahan of Hebron.
Monahan’s accused of murder in the April shooting and killing of Kaylin Gillis as she was a passenger in an SUV that drove up his driveway by mistake.
Court has been adjourned because of illness and is expected to resume Tuesday.
