More arrests made in Kingsbury gun store heist; 1/3 of guns recovered

First on 13: Eleven of the 32 guns stolen from Calamity Jane’s on Oct. 21 have been recovered, along with the shotgun stolen a week before.
More arrests have been made in connection with the heist from the Kingsbury gun store. As of Thursday afternoon, Washington County Sheriff Jeff Murphy says these are all the arrests made so far:
Charged in Washington County by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:
- Martin R. Taft – age 47 – From Salem, NY. – Charged with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 1st Degree, Burglary 3rd Degree for the Burglary.
- Jonathan E. Combs – age 42 – From Wells, Vt. – Charged with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 1st Degree, Burglary 3rd Degree for the Burglary.
- Billie Jo Parker – age 27 – From Hudson Falls, NY. – Charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 1st Degree.
- Sean C. Parmeter – age 55 – From Hudson Falls, NY. – Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree.

- Penny R. Phillips – age 49 – From Cambridge, NY. – Charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
- Robert A. Crosby – age 34 – From Queensbury, NY. – Charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree.
- Kwahpreme R. Mitchell – age 31 – From Cohoes, NY. – Charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree.
- Andrea Leombruno – age 39 – From Queensbury, NY. – Charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree.
- Ginger Wood – age 32 – From Watervilet, NY. – Charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree.
- Morgan Harris – age 29 – From Hudson Falls, NY. – Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and a Violation of Probation.
- David P. Nowlan – age 50 – From Queensbury, NY. – Tampering with Evidence, Conspiracy 4th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree.
Murphy says four additional long guns and two additional handguns were recovered that were not related to the Calamity Jane’s burglary, but were illegally possessed.
This investigation also uncovered approximately 10 oz. of cocaine, 500 bags of heroin and assorted pills, investigators say.
Police arrested Taft, Combs, Parker, Parameter and Philips within days of the heist.
Combs is also facing federal charges. Investigators say he stole a shotgun from Calamity Jane’s the week before. He is charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and theft of a firearm from a federal licensee.
