More residents from evacuated Troy apartment complex cleared to return home

Neighbors in seven more units at the Harbour Point Gardens Apartments Complex in Troy can finally return home.

The units now meet the minimum standards set by the city’s Bureau of Code Enforcement, Troy Mayor Patrick Madden said.

He’s pleased to announce more families can return to their homes, he said. He hopes more units will be livable in the near future.
