Troopers are offering blue envelopes to drivers with autism.

People can put their license and registration inside to help State Police during stressful moments like traffic stops.

A state bill to enact the program is currently awaiting approval, NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle reported. However law enforcement have decided to roll out the effort on their own.
