North Adams man pleads not guilty to rape

A North Adams man is facing rape charges.

Joseph Pini, 46, was indicted by a grand jury, NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle report.

Pini has pleaded not guilty for the alleged incident from last November.
