The man accused of shooting and injuring another man in the Queensbury Walmart parking lot last fall has been offered a plea deal.
Adrian Semintal, 34, of Fort Edward, was offered 14 years in prison, while appearing in Warren County Court, NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Post-Star report.
He had previously pleaded not guilty.
Semintal’s public defender indicated his client would need more time to consider the offer, the paper reported.
The incident took place last November after police say Simental engaged in an encounter, and then followed Brendan Grant’s vehicle into the parking lot, where a confrontation ensued.
