Police: Ballston Spa woman drove while drunk, crashed

A Ballston Spa woman is accused of crashing while drunken driving.

The crash happened on Tuesday around 8:50 p.m. on Goode Road.

Morgan E. McGrath, 23, also had a revoked driver’s license, investigators said.

McGrath was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or greater and operating a motor vehicle intoxicated with a revoked driver’s license.

She was released on appearance tickets and is due in Milton Town Court at a later date.
