Police: CVS manager planted video recording device in employee bathroom
The manager of a local CVS is accused of planting a recording device in an employee bathroom.
Ahmad N. Ahmed, 25, allegedly placed the object, which was designed to look like a USB charging cub and plugged into a power outlet. An employee at the pharmacy at 2801 Guilderland Ave. in Rotterdam found the equipment and inspected it before using the bathroom.

There was a video on the device, but no indecent material was found, Rotterdam Police said.
Ahmed was charged with unlawful surveillance. He was released on an appearance ticket and due in Rotterdam Town Court at a later date.
