Police: Halfmoon man fired gun during domestic incident
A Halfmoon man is accused of firing a weapon during a domestic incident.
Jeffrey C. Palin, 53, allegedly discharged the weapon just before 11 p.m. on March 29, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office reported on Friday.
There were no reports of injuries.
Palin was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.
He was arraigned in Waterford Town Court and sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail. He is due back in court at a later date.
The judge issued an order of protection of behalf of the victim.
