Police: No one found so far after report of person falling through ice at Collar City Bridge

Emergency personnel wound down operations on Thursday evening, after a report of a person who fell into the ice near the Collar City Bridge.
Troy Police said they received a report early in the evening of a person who was observed on the ice and could no longer be seen.
Investigators plan to determine if the report can be corroborated, they said.
