Police: Saratoga Springs entered home, forcibly touched resident

State Police arrested a Saratoga Springs man for allegedly entering a home and forcibly touching a person inside.

Teodoro R. Tolentino, 48, is accused of driving to a home and entering without permission. He harassed a person he knew and touched them, State Police said. Tolentino stayed on scene until police arrived.

Troopers found signs of impairment and he had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.11%, according to police.

Tolentino was charged with burglary, DWI, harassment and forcible touching. He was arraigned in Saratoga Town Court and sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail at $25,000 cash, $50,000 bond or $250,000 partially secured bond.
