NewsChannel 13 spoke with John Parise and Marcus McGregor in Coxsackie on Friday.
They said they are not sure who took their flags down and they are upset that someone would do this.
They told us they had flags up for multiple communities, including rainbow gay pride flags and transgender flags.
After posting about the incident on Facebook, they said they have received overwhelming support, and they already have new pride gear on the way.
“We are going to take this to the next level…this is not going to deter us.” Parise said.
State Police are currently investigating the matter. They are unsure if this is considered a hate crime.
