Recovery operation underway at Hudson River
Emergency personnel are on the scene of a recovery from the Hudson River.
The Green Island Fire Department are in the area of 4th Street Tunnel for what was initially deemed a water rescue operation.
Troy Police and Troy Fire are helping at the scene.
Colonie Police is the lead agency handling the investigation.
