Rensselaer County is warning the public about drugs laced with fentanyl after seven people overdosed – three of them fatally.

Troy Police report finding heroin and Percocet pills laced with fentanyl.

Anyone in need of Narcan, which can reverse the effects of an overdose, can text the word “Narcan” to 21000 for home delivery or go to your nearest pharmacy.
