Rensselaer County summer food program begins Tuesday for 49th year

The Rensselaer County summer food program will begin its 49th year.

It opens at 11 a.m., at Sunnyside daycare in Troy.
It’s a partnership between the county and the department of agriculture to make sure kids have access to meals throughout the summer.

There are 17 locations across the county.
