Rensselaer Police investigating home invasion

Police are investigating a home invasion in the city of Rensselaer.

It happened on Tuesday at the Red Mill Apartments on High Street. Rumors on social media said the incident involved a shooting, according to Police Chief Warren Famigletti. However, there is no indication of a shooting, he said.

Police think the victims were targeted, they said.
