A repeat felon will spend the next decade behind bars after a violent robbery in Saratoga Springs.

Jose Colon was sentenced Monday in Saratoga County Court to 10 years in state prison.

Colon pled guilty to robbery, after admitting to punching a man and stealing his wallet on Caroline Street back on May 15.

Colon also pleaded guilty to another robbery that weekend in downtown Saratoga Springs, the district attorney said.
