A report investigating staff misconduct at Pittsfield High School found that most claims against three staff members were not backed by evidence.
The law firm hired by the Pittsfield School Committee reviewed misconduct claims against Pittsfield School District staff, and put together summaries of their findings.
They found most of the claims against three of them are lacking in evidence.
This comes as the school has been at the center of serious allegations like drug trafficking and sexual harassment.
One investigation is currently ongoing, and not all the staff members were cleared in the report. The investigation found one teacher did act inappropriately in the classroom and violated the district’s sexual harassment policy.
This was first reported by the Berkshire Eagle.
