A Saratoga Springs woman is accused of driving drunk, crashing her car and fleeing into a nearby home.

The crash happened just after midnight Wednesday morning in the area of Northern Pines Road in Wilton. Shana M. Firenze, 39, hit another car and then ran into a nearby house, State Police said. Firenze did not know the homeowner.

Firenze and the other driver had minor injuries.

Firenze had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.21%, nearly three times the legal limit to drive. She was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, criminal trespass, aggravated unlicensed operation and other traffic violations.

She was released on an appearance ticket and due in Wilton Town Court on Aug. 6.
