The Schenectady man accused of starving his 5-year-old daughter to death denied bail.
The Schenectady man accused of starving his 5-year-old daughter to death was denied bail at a court appearance Friday morning.
Robert Buskey has been charged with manslaughter and endangering the welfare of a child.
Buskey allegedly did not provide food or water to his daughter Charlotte from April 10 to April 14. She was found dead in the home at 203 Elmer Ave.
His son also had cocaine in his system, investigators said.
Buskey is due back in court on May 8.
