Schenectady man pleads guilty for failing to register as sex offender

A Schenectady man is pleading guilty for failing to register as a sex offender.

The U.S attorney’s office reports 57-year-old Craig Foley admitted he was previously convicted of sexual abuse in Utica and failed to update his registration since around November 2020.

Sentencing is scheduled for August, where Foley faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.
