A man who was found guilty of rape will wait a little longer to learn his fate.

The Albany County District Attorney’s Office did not provide a new sentencing date for Carl Barton.
Barton was convicted of criminal sex act and sexual abuse for raping a person who was not capable of consent due to a mental disability.
