Two people accused of burglary at Halfmoon residence
Two people accused of burglary at Halfmoon on Sunday.
Two people are accused of stealing property from a Halfmoon residence.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of trespassing at a home on Dunsbach Road Saturday just after 1:30 p.m., according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Robert P. Vitale, 63, of Middletown, and Rebekah L. Arney, 31, of Troy, allegedly entered the residence and took property.
Both were charged with burglary and conspiracy. They were arraigned in Halfmoon Town Court and sent to Saratoga County Jail.
