The main parade steps off at 2 p.m. at Central and Quail.
It will then march down Central Avenue and end on State Street.
Thousands of people will fill the streets to watch the 73rd edition of the event.
Police chief Eric Hawkins says officers will be along the entire parade route and in surrounding neighborhoods.
There are several street closures and parking restrictions in place.
