The New York State Fair closed on Monday after another summer of fun.
The fair continued its successful rebound after the COVID-19 pandemic.
Attendance across the 13-day run totaled more than 930,000 – that’s up 50,000 people from last year.
The all-time record came in 2019 when 1.3 million attendees piled into the fair. Now those who enjoy fried food and fun rides will have to wait until next August.
