State police increase patrols in effort to stop impaired driving

The safety committee is warning folks about a spike in impaired driving crashes.

To try and combat it, they are enforcing the stop DWI campaign, drive sober or get pulled over.

State police will be increasing patrols to target impaired driving from August 19th to September 5th.

Throughout the campaign there will be messages discouraging driving while impaired on major roadways.
