State police say stolen UTV remains missing after Troy man’s arrest

A man from Troy is accused of stealing a utility-task vehicle from a store in Halfmoon. However, it’s nowhere to be found.
The theft happened August 12.
State police were notified that a UTV had been stolen from a retailer.
Troopers determined that 38-year-old Michael Monge is responsible for the theft. He’s charged with felony grand larceny.
The UTV was last seen at the intersection of 8th Avenue and 111th Street in Troy. There is a $1,000 reward for information leading to the recovery of the UTV.
