Students improving after downstate bus crash

The five students left in critical condition after a bus crash in Wawayanada, Orange County last week are improving, according to New York State Police. All five have been downgraded to less critical care.
The bus was carrying a high school marching band to a camp. Two adults were killed.
State Police investigators are still looking into the crash, which initial reports suggested was caused by a faulty front tire.
