Jurors in the murder trial of Justin Rodriguez heard their last witnesses Monday afternoon. They’ll hear from the attorneys on Tuesday for the last time.
The assistant district attorney, and Michael Martin, Rodriguez’s attorney, will make their final case to the nine women, three men panel on Monday morning.
Rodriguez is accused of murder in the September crash that killed tow truck driver Alex Bleickhardt, who was helping a truck that had broken down on the Northway.
If the jury finds him guilty of murder, Rodriguez could be sentenced to up to 25 years to life in prison.
Prosecutors called roughly 30 witnesses. The defense didn’t call any.
