Testimony continues in deadly baseball bat attack of Ballston Spa man
The trial continued Monday for a man accused of beating his neighbor to death with a baseball bat.
Pharrin Greene is charged with manslaughter for causing the death of Bernard Rogers in Ballston Spa. His trial began last week.
Rogers was hit in the head with a metal baseball bat which caused a traumatic brain injury and a lacerated liver, investigators said. He died a year later.
Greene was originally charged with assault, but those charges were upgraded after the death. He also faces burglary charges.
