Toxicology report still pending in Glens Falls death

Police are still waiting for toxicology results in the investigation of the woman found dead in an apartment in Glens Falls.

Melanie Conway, 66, was found dead inside 143 Maple St., Apartment A on April 30. She was covered with “household items,” according to police.

Glens Falls Police Detective Lt. Seth French said the toxicology report takes about 6 to 8 months to get back. He expected the report soon.

French does not expect any criminal charges to be filed.
