Repairs are underway on a busy Schenectady street, after a giant sinkhole developed on Monday, and swallowed a car.
The car fell into the sinkhole near the area of Eastern Avenue and McLellan Street.
Meantime, work crews are continuing to patch up the sinkhole, which could take two days, according to Schenectady Mayor Gary McCarthy. However, it could be longer if there’s bad weather, he added.
Luckily, no one was seriously hurt.
