Traffic stop leads to drug charges for Clifton Park man

A Clifton Park man is facing several charges after a traffic stop in Halfmoon.
Matthew Flynn, 24, was driving while under the influence of drugs, State Police said.
Flynn was pulled over on State Route 9 in Halfmoon for traffic violations.
He was arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs and was uncooperative with their investigation, police said, who add he also had multiple controlled substances and drug paraphernalia in his vehicle.
