The trial is underway for Ronald Rayher, the man charged with killing a local Elvis impersonator.

Court documents say Rayher tied the longtime tribute artist, Thomas Krider, up in his home and gave him chloroform multiple times.

The men had a contract to engage in sexual activity, according to Rayher’s attorney.

Eleven jurors had been seated as of late Monday afternoon, and jury selection is set to continue on Tuesday, according to the Saratoga County Court clerk’s office. They need one more juror and three alternates.
