Troy man gets time served for farm robbery
A Troy man has been sentenced to time served for stealing from a Halfmoon farm and threatening employees with a weapon.
Michael D. Hepp was arrested for stealing money from the Hayner Farm just after 8 a.m. on July 17. Hepp was found nearby and arrested.
He pleaded guilty in November to third-degree robbery.
Hepp also received five years of probation.
No one was hurt.
