Troy man sentenced for conspiracy

A Troy man is going to prison for more than five years for conspiracy.
Terrell McDonald, 32, pleaded guilty, the United States District Attorney’s Office said.
He admitted that he was involved in the Felony Lane Gang scheme between 2018 and 2020.
The Felony Lane Gang is known for breaking into cars, stealing wallets and then using the stolen items to commit bank fraud.
McDonald was ordered to pay restitution of more than $133,000.
