Troy man sentenced for drive-by shooting

A Troy man will spend 35 years in state prison for a 2021 drive by shooting.
A judge sentenced 22-year-old Jhajuan Sabb on Friday.
Sabb pleaded guilty in June to one count of manslaughter and one count of attempted assault.
He now admits to firing a handgun in the direction of a group of people on First Street in Albany, killing one person and injuring four more.
Sabb will also serve five years post release supervision.
