Troy police looking for driver involved in hit-and- run

Troy police are looking for the driver of a vehicle that hit a pedestrian then fled the scene.

A man was struck on Hoosick Street between 13^th Street and 15^th Street at around 5:15 p.m. Friday evening, police said.

The pedestrian was transported to Albany Medical Center. He is expected to make a full recovery. The severity of his injuries is still unknown.

Police are actively searching for the driver of the vehicle.
