Byrnes was traveling nearly 90 mph, when he went through a red light at the intersection of Hoosick and 15th streets.

The crash killed Sabeeh Alalkawi, 30, who was a pizza delivery driver.

The lawsuit was filed back in October on behalf of Alalkawi’s family.
