Both men were arrested and transported to the State Police station in Princetown.

Torres was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of a controlled substance and vehicle and traffic violations.

Masi was charged with a misdemeanor level of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Torres was sent to Schenectady County Jail to await arraignment. Masi is due in Schenectady City Court on Wednesday, Nov. 22.
