Averill Park softball team wraps presents
Averill Park softball team wraps presents for residents of Hawthorne Ridge.
Members of the Averill Park varsity softball team volunteered to help wrap holiday gifts for residents of Hawthorne Ridge in East Greenbush over the weekend.
Hawthorne Ridge is a senior living community, with independent living, assisted living and memory care units.
The team wrapped nearly 140 presents.
They will be handed out at holiday celebrations in the next few weeks throughout the facility.
