Derek Murphy from Troy was a massive Barstool fan, and he asked Portnoy to review his father’s homemade pizza.
Murphy had a terminal illness, and he died this past May.
Portnoy fulfilled his wish by going to his family’s home and having pizza with the Murphy family.
