As the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office prepares to start a new EMS division, the community is stepping up to make sure it has everything it needs.

Rent-A-Center just donated a TV stand, two end tables, a coffee table, two lamps, a Bluetooth speaker and a toaster oven to the staging room for employees at the public safety facility in Fultonville.

The new EMS division requires a space to stage between calls for service, and this donation will make a significant difference, the sheriff’s office said.
